"What am I?"

I am the thing up in the sky
I am the thing making things grow
I am the thing that glides down your window
I am the thing that hits the roof of your house
I am the thing that wets you
I am the thing that rises the water level
I am the thing that comes down from the sky
I fall on your field, trees, and flowers
I help make your flowers bloom
I make nature happy
I make your plants happy
I make livings happy

Tell me down in the comments what you think I am
This is my what am I poem I have written what the thing I am does and it was a little bit tricky coming up with a sentence after the sentence where it says 'I am the thing that wets' because I couldnt think of anything but overall I am happy about what I produced since I'm not good at writing and mainly poems I'm not good at so yeah bye ( ;

Kapa Haka

So we pulled up to Kensington Stadium in Whangarei New Zealand. So me and my mum went up to go get a ticket  got one and then had to wait for the doors to open so that we can go in. So the schedule was running a bit behind so it was 3:30 but we saw the one at 3:00 so we saw an extra one. But when it was time to see Te Rou Pou Manawa o Kawakawa I was really excited as I saw them coming out of the changing room looking amazing all dressed up in their outfits. When Leilani and Otulea came out I was surprised of how good they look for some reason like I knew they were gonna look amazing but they were way more better than I thought. Anyways it was a very interesting way of making the rest of the roopu to come on the stage but it was very unique which is really cool. So they performed and the whole time I was on the edge of my seat. As it kept getting better and better. But then the performance came to an end and it was time to go home as I stood the roopu was walking into the changing rooms to get back into their clothes and I was gonna say hi but it was too late and when we were walking out it was a bit crowded so we had to squeeze through to get out because people were coming and people were going out  but overall it was a really good time and I can't wait for the next one.

So this is my weeks 20 minute writing and this is about the kapa haka roopu Te Rou Pou Manawa o Kawakawa which is Kawakawa Primary School kapa haka 

My bestfriend writing

So this is my 20 minute writing that I have done for this week we are suppose to do one every week. So my writing is about friendship and how a strong friendship is like so if you ever need help with knowing if you are gonna be in a toxic friendship and you don't want to waste your time on someone who won't do the same for you read this see how close you are. !This is not meant for all friendship mainly just for best friends or seeing if you could potentially be friends.!

Through light and dark, thick and thin, best and worst, we all want a best friend that will be their for us no matter what. Even sometimes when were lost we need someone to guide us through the dark to find the light and we could all be there for each other at all times. Never let your best friend get lonely... make sure you keep disturbing them so you make sure that they know that you will be there for them and they will hopefully be there for you no matter what happens in your life. A true best friend is someone who lets you express your self instead of pretending to be someone your not just fit in with someone you like and appreciate but your wasting your time on someone that doesn't like and appreciate you in the same way like you do. So find someone that would be your ride or die, peanut butter to your jelly, you can be the captain and I can be your first mate, you can be the milk to my cookie, you can be the hero and I can be the sidekick, you ca be the apple and I can be the pie, you can be the straw and I can be the berry. That's the type of best friend that you want forever best friends are like walls sometimes you can lean on them and sometimes it's good just to know that they're there and they're also like a four leaf clover hard to find but lucky to have so once you find them never let them go.

So we rushed out of the house and drove over to Burger King and got some food, and then we looked for a parking area but never found a place but we then just decided to pull up and park where everybody else was which was by the bridge because we didn't feel like paying thirty dollars just to get in and watch a little bit of fireworks so we parked next to the bridge. Then my Nan, Kalani and Rico pulled up and parked next to us so that we can sit and watch the fireworks together. But then my brother kept moaning moaning that he wanted to go in and watch the fireworks so my Nan, Kalani and Rico went in by my cousins, aunty and uncle and they watched the fireworks from in their. So we all started to eat our burger king but I wanted to try something new and since I don't like burgers I decided to get a rodeo which is a burger but me thinking in my head yeah i will eat this all because I liked them when ever my brother used to get them but i would only have a bite. So I opened it up tried some cheese that was hanging out and ate it but it wasn't very nice because of the sauce. But I was like lets give it a chance and I took a bite and I liked it until half way and then I just felt disgusted and couldn't eat anymore so I ate two whole packets of chips instead because my brother said they were yuck but I liked them so i continued to eat them. So there were couple of family's next to us and they lit there own fireworks and put on a little show for everyone while we were waiting. But then it started the fireworks were so beautiful and my favourite part was at the end and they were so big which made me feel like the ones that people did after the show were dumb but they were alright. Then we left went back to my nans house and some dessert and it was a great way to finish off the night.

My Holiday

It all started on a fresh Sunday morning but getting waken up at 4 o'clock in the morning is not fun. But I rolled out of the hotel bed dreading that morning but I all of a sudden remembered that I'm going to Australia so my energy just went from zero to one-hundred real quick so I quickly got ready and out the door we(me and my family) all were. So we went down the stairs bang bang bang and down the kinda creepy hall way all excited but trying not to wake up other people and then out we were. We packed up our things and went, we rolled up to the airport went through customs and done everything and then we boarded the plane and then we were ready for take off. Then off we went as my ears started to hurt like crazy and they kept popping like crazy balloons that couldn't keep the air in them and were ready to explode. Then we got a yummy breakfast, watched a movie listened to some songs and had a little nap but then woke up just in time for the plane to go down and then my ears started to pop again like crazy and my ear hurt for a couple of days. Then we landed and was greeted by some of our family members and off we went on our adventure and our whole time we were there we hung out with family, went to top golf, netball for my cousin, and plenty of other. Things but then our holiday was over so we flew back to New Zealand and when i was sleeping my ears also hurt when we were going back and in the middle of  my nap i woke up to my ears hurting because we were going down but overall I had an amazing time over there and I can't wait for the next time.

So today we had to write a 20 minute writing about anything and so I decided to write about my holiday as it has one the most interesting holiday that I have had in a long while but overall I am happy about what I produced and I hope you enjoy it ( ;

My class assembly item

Hey guys, so this week it was my classes assembly and this is one of our items that we did and one of our best. The best part was just being able to do whatever and jam out to the song. Which comes out to be one of the hard bits deciding what song to do and what to actually do in the video my group was the one that did the song level up and overall it was good and I can't wait to see all of you wonderful comments.

Writing - Animal report

We were learning to to write our own facts that we got off the internet and then put it into my own words.
I found hard the time but that was just my fault and I also found a bit hard re-wording what I found on the internet.

Math eyes

Here is my Math eyes picture in the middle and then all my answers around the picture.
We were learning to identify with our eyes and pull out all of the math things out of the picture.
I enjoyed using my eyes and pulling out what I know and it doesn't matter if it's true or not.
I found hard if some of the shapes that I saw were actually a shape such as the roof.

Kauri die back

This my follow up activity for reading and this is all about kauri die back. Kauri die back is a type of disease which is putting kauri trees/forests in dangered I hope u enjoy and I can't wait to see all your wonderful comments.

Come and check out my Pizza DLO

Here is mine and my groups pizza DLO. We had so much fun making it and eating it. We had one person which was me to make the mozzarella cheese and the rest of the group made to batches of pizza dough. As you can see in the reflection the cheese was really stretchy. Overall me and my group had a really good time and I can't wait to see your lovely comments Bye!

My ph testing😃

For technology this week we have been learning how to make cheese but first we had to learn about PH testing. PH testing is when you see if things have to much acid or to much alkaline or if it's neutral. The numbers to see if something has acid in it is from 0 - 6 neutral is 7 and alkaline is 8 - 14. So as you can tell all of these have acid in them and are not neutral or alkaline. Red bull and milk EXPERIMENT!!

Here is my first technology post well.. my first technology time. For the first technology session is red bull and milk mixed together which turned into curds, curds is the first step to making cheese because this week we did... CHEESE! We did types of cheese?, where the cheese came from?, and also what cheese is? I hope you enjoy mine and my groups work bye and happy blogging!!
